These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and xbjai ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the xbjai website located at xbjai.app and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, crash games, promotional offers, and customer support services (collectively, "the Services").

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using any part of the xbjai platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and contact [email protected] to close your account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration. Nothing in these Terms shall limit any rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.

xbjai reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to restrict access to the platform from certain geographic regions or to certain individuals in accordance with our compliance obligations. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and xbjai relating to the subject matter herein.

Access to and use of the xbjai platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. This age restriction is a fundamental condition of these Terms and is non-negotiable under any circumstances. By registering an account with xbjai, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

xbjai employs age verification procedures and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any player at any time. Acceptable documents for age verification include a valid national identification card, passport, or driving licence issued by a competent authority in Bangladesh or another recognised jurisdiction. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within a reasonable period of time following a request will result in the suspension and potential permanent closure of the account and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

In addition to the age requirement, you must also meet the following eligibility criteria to use xbjai:

• You must be a natural person and not a corporate entity, trust, or other legal entity acting on behalf of a third party.
• You must not be acting as an agent or on behalf of any other individual when registering or using the account.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of xbjai or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not be accessing xbjai from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

xbjai implements technical and procedural safeguards to prevent underage access, including age-gating at registration, document verification checks, and monitoring of account behaviour patterns consistent with underage use. Where we have reasonable grounds to suspect that an account holder may be under the age of 18, we will suspend that account immediately pending verification.

To access the full range of xbjai Services, you must register a personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on the xbjai platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the suspension of any withdrawals pending a full review.

When registering your account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and for updating it promptly should any details change.

xbjai applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with standard anti-money-laundering (AML) practices. As part of this process, you may be required at any time — including before making your first withdrawal — to submit the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: National ID card, passport, or driving licence (government-issued, showing full name and date of birth).
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months and showing your current residential address in Bangladesh.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or statement confirming that the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account used for deposits is registered in your name.

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. xbjai will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

All financial transactions on xbjai are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), denoted by the symbol ৳. xbjai supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount on xbjai is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum transaction limits may apply on a per-method and per-day basis; current limits are displayed within the cashier section of your account at the time of transaction. xbjai reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your xbjai account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed on the respective mobile money network. In rare cases of network delays, deposits may take up to one hour. If your deposit has not been credited within this period, please contact [email protected] with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals are processed by xbjai as promptly as possible, typically within 15 to 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad, and within one to three business days for bank transfers. Before any withdrawal can be processed, your identity must be verified in accordance with our KYC procedures. xbjai reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other breach of these Terms.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that is registered in the same name as your xbjai account.
• Third-party deposits — i.e., deposits made from a payment account not belonging to the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited.
• xbjai does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.
• All transactions are subject to our AML monitoring procedures. Unusual transaction patterns may trigger a review and temporary hold on your account.

xbjai offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including but not limited to the 200% Welcome Bonus on first deposit (up to ৳20,000 BDT), reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, all bonuses awarded by xbjai are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount received and must be met within the stated validity period. Bets placed on restricted games or at stake levels below the minimum threshold specified in the promotion terms may not count towards wagering requirements.

• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Bonuses may only be used by the player to whom they were issued and are non-transferable.
• xbjai reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such change does not adversely affect bonuses already credited to active player accounts.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies, or any form of arbitrage — will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom, as well as potential permanent account closure.
• Free spins, where offered, are credited at a denomination specified in the promotion terms. Winnings from free spins may be subject to a separate wagering requirement.

As a registered user of xbjai, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You accept that certain behaviours are strictly prohibited on the xbjai platform and that engaging in any of the following may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the forfeiture of your balance, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on xbjai:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with xbjai.
• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any automated means to interact with the platform, place bets, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the house.
• Colluding with other players or with third parties to manipulate the outcome of games, sporting events, or any other wagerable event.
• Using funds originating from criminal activity to make deposits on xbjai, or using xbjai for any money-laundering or terrorist-financing purpose.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any part of the xbjai platform, including its software, games, or security systems.
• Harassing, abusing, threatening, or defaming xbjai staff, other players, or any third party through any communication channel associated with xbjai.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in the platform to obtain a financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through a platform error must be reported immediately and will be voided.
• Registering more than one account for the purpose of circumventing account restrictions, self-exclusion measures, or bonus limitations.

xbjai employs real-time monitoring and fraud detection systems. Accounts identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be reviewed and appropriate action taken, up to and including permanent closure and referral to law enforcement agencies in Bangladesh.

xbjai reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, that continued access poses a risk to the integrity of the platform, or that it is necessary to comply with our legal or regulatory obligations.

Grounds for account suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Providing false or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Operating more than one account.
• Evidence of bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional offers.
• Requests from regulatory or law enforcement bodies.

If your account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, xbjai will return any verified real-money balance to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds at the time of closure may be forfeited.

These provisions set out the tools and support mechanisms available to xbjai players to help them maintain control of their gambling activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered xbjai players at no charge and at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for a minimum of 24 hours. Decreases to limits take effect immediately.
